Switching accountants is a straightforward and simple process.
We will provide you with a letter to sign and email to your out-going accountants, advising them that you are changing to Primus.
Once you have sent the email, we will write to them requesting that your historic accounting and tax records be sent to us. Requested information is normally sent to us promptly.
We will also contact HM Revenue & Customs and advise them that Primus are your new tax agents.
This allows us to liaise directly with HMRC should the need arise, avoiding the need for you to contact HMRC often leading to lengthy spells on hold!
